Poject DetailsM+H Architects provided site master planning services and developed quality standards for the first phase of this project in Fulton, Missouri. The study provided potential lot configurations for future users and the maximized floor area ratio (FAR) of the site. The land was undeveloped agricultural land.
The new Callaway Electric Cooperative corporate headquarters and operations center is located on 30 acres of a new 128 acre Callaway Energy Centre industrial park development. The CEC is developing the industrial park at the junction of US Highway 54 and State Road H, in Fulton, MO. As the recently completed first building in the development, the CEC will set the standard for energy efficiency and environmental consciousness for future tenants of the park. The single story facility includes approximately 30,000 SF of office, 10,000 SF of warehouse for storing and assembly of various electric components, 14 vehicle bays at 28,000 SF for storage of utility vehicles used daily, along with a material and equipment storage of 5,050 SF and maintenance building of 5,650 SF. |
